When we use our oven
When we bought our AS I didn't want the oven but my wife did. After boondocking a few times I discovered how much we like it and that unless I am running the generator we bake.

Nutshell - if you boondock keep the oven; if you are on shore power all the time get a microwave.

Go at that, we will to use the oven. if we did a convection might work. I grill a lot and use the stove and an electric frypan
