My understanding is a definite NO to pressure treated as the chemicals do not play well with aluminum. I just replaced the rear subfloor in my '71 and used ACX and treated it with Smith's Marine Epoxy from Vintage Trailer Supply. I think the thickness you'll want to measure what you have and match it as close as possible. I'm not sure what the standard floor thickness in a '93 is. I hope that helps!

We used 3/4" marine plywood. It is an exterior (more waterproof) glue and all the voids are filled. Its not available at HD or Lowes, but almost any lumber yard can get it (or order it) for you.

Ditto - same here. You may also be pleasantly surprised at the price of ply from a real lumber yard...

One final thought - regardless of the ply you use be sure to seal the edge cuts before you install. Open edges are a great wick for moisure

The original subfloor was one piece The area I am talking about is around the equivalent of a 4 x8 sheet, not the entire 25 foot trailer. I am welding the steel frame for reinforcement purposes. There is rust on some of the frame. There is no way to put the plywood back in one piece. Thats why I asked about putting down the 1/2 inch in 3 pieces and then 1/4 inch in a much larger piece. See pic.
