What is the best way to repair hole in frame
What is the best way to repair a hole in a frame, my frame is in good shape
except for this hole, surrounding area around the hole seems to be solid. And my question what would be the best way to repair?

The simplest and most direct repair would probably be to sister a piece of angle iron under the area with the hole, and weld it in place. Paint it to keep it from rusting out, and call it good.
