Vinyl Floor "billowing" when furnace is on?

The vinyl floor in our 2020 28 International billows up a bit when the gas furnace (not the heat pump) comes on. It appears the adhesive has released, and a small pocket of air lifts the flooring an inch or so... Note that this rig has a plywood sub-floor because it was built in October 2019, before the move to the new factory and sub-floor.
Has anyone found a fix for this without removing the floor?
Thanks -
Ed

Syringe

Just a thought maybe you could use a syringe to inject some appropriate adhesive in that spot
Maybe use some tape to pull up while you inject

We also had a ripple in the floor of our 2019 Globetrotter shortly after delivery. I called JC and asked how they would fix it. They said the floor is just laid down, no adhesive so they would have to stretch it to remove the hump.

I asked if there was something I could do prior because we had a trip to Colorado planned and I was embarrassed to show our new trailer to our friends. I know, that was a little vain of me but it was so obvious.

They said I could inject a floor adhesive and roll it until it went down so TrvlngTinTin’s idea isn’t far off. I did exactly as they said and it worked but other spots showed up later.

I made an appointment to take the trailer to JC the next year for a punchlist of items, the floor included. They were able to stretch it to get rid of the humps. I have noticed another smaller one under the dining table but have no plans to mess with it.

If you decide to go the injection route be really careful with the adhesive and wipe up any excess quickly. It was very hard to get it out of woven vinyl floor and can cause it to be sticky.

Thinking back I wish I’d waited and let JC stretch it vs. using the adhesive but that’s mainly because our woven vinyl floor’s cream color. DW hates it; wish they’d used the one in the Elm trimmed GT.
