Trouble Inserting new plywood into side channel

I am progressing on a complete floor replacement on my 1954 Safari...shell on.

The front and rear sections are installed and now I am progressing to the middle sections.
I am ready to install a section into the c-channel however I am having trouble.
The shell seems to have sagged a bit around the frame and I am unsure how to lift it into place so I can insert the plywood into the c-channel.
I am thinking of jacking up the shell from the exterior using a padded board.
Trying to pry the shell up from the inside is a real struggle.
HELP!

I lifted my shell from the inside. First I bolted 2x4's to the ribs across the width of the shell. Then I ran a beam lengthwise under the 2x4's above each main frame rail. Using bottle jacks on the frame rails I was able to lift the shell easily.

Solved my shell on flooring replacement problem.

I used a 4x4 timber and jack post between the ground and the ceiling to lift up the shell a bit. I have one section of belly pan removed that gave me access to the ground.

We managed to wedge the plywood flooring between the frame and the c-channel with the help of my partner, some pry bars, and a sledgehammer. Sounds dramatic but it really wasn't too much brute force needed.

ONWARD!!!

Flooring section installed - with plywood pieces screwed and glued in the edge to join and support the next flooring section.
The funny looking thing sticking out of the floor is a ground line attached to the frame for my 12V electrical system.
