Sub Floor Replacement - Elevator Bolts

I've reading quite a few threads about Reno-Makeover-Resto you name it, and often I can read that when using elevator bolts to reinstall the sub floor the head tend to spin while tightening...

I found Fangs Elevator bolts that should stay in place.

Do you have feedback about them. Are they efficient. They also come in SS, that I think is another way to keep them in good shape.
