Streamline Floor Replacement Q

Hello! We have a 1970 Streamline Empress and are complete newbies to world of restoration and Trailers (thus the learning curve is steep). We have some rotted areas of sub-floor in the front and the bathroom which need replacing. Browsing the forums I have not been able to find much information specifically about Streamline's and their floor configuration pertaining to where I would begin in the sub-floor replacement process.

Are Streamline's like Airstreams and the shell needs to be lifted to replace sub floor or are they like Silver Streak's and removing paneling and elevator screws are in my future? Any information, thread leads, or advice would be greatly appreciated!
