Yes, just had this discussion on the Forum. Assume it's a Twin? I just had my 28' FC Twin squeak, which was located between the bath and the foot of the twin beds, fixed while I was in JC last month. For me, they had to drop the tanks to fix and it took several hours. Luckily, it was under warranty as I had reported it couple years back and they didn't get to it then.
Depending on where it is relative to the tanks, they may be able to get to it without dropping the tanks. It can be costly to drop the tanks, but if it was where mine was, they have to drop the tanks. Look underneath while someone squeaks it for you to see

Other cause, could be water damage...but hope it's not that.
