Soggy Bottom?

I noticed several fissures and gaps on the underside of my new-to-me '57 and I'm wondering if water will get into the main trailer while driving.

Is the lowest level of aluminum, below the steel rails, the only defense against road water while driving? Or is there another layer of water-proofing above the rails?

Best product for closing these fissures?

8 days and counting until pickup from the dealer!

Dave.
Do not completely seal the underbelly. Small gaps are required for the underbelly to breathe.
