Replacing the floor

I think what you are asking is how the plywood is joined together right? It is joined underneath by strips of plywood (sorry I don't have the exact dimensions) you need to remove part of the belly pan to access this area.

Tracker You may have to remove the sub floor to the first joint . At that point you will find two scabs at a frame cross member . As marzboy said you will have to pull the belly pan . Sounds harder than it is GOOD LUCK . Marzboy not a problem all help is good.

Completed the rebuilding of the taillight housings. One thing I learned, if you think you have it sanded smooth enough, sand some more!

We have checked all our wiring, that looks good. We have pre-wired for the microwave my wife can't live without! All lights inside and out check out good. Is there anything I am forgetting before I put the insulation and the interior walls back on?

Our '65 Safari still has the original TV antenna. Does anyone still use this original TV antenna? Seems like most of the pictures of Safari's we see do not still have the original antenna.

I used deck and porch paint from Orchard Supply . Two coats, we were real happy with the finish .

Hahaha I know! I have to really work on my fiberglass/bondo skill. Your light houseing looks great.

Redsled88 I used a body filler with strands of fiberglass , I found it at a auto paint store.I used it on the inside and out side of the housings,so far still looks good after some long road trips

I think I'm going to use a little acetone and some lego pieces to make a glue for the cracks, and then cover with Fibertech by Evercoat. It's a reinforced polyester body filler, which should have enough strenght to do what I need.
