Replacement tandem axle plate

Hello all!

After finishing up a work project that took up 58 hours a week all summer (plus 3 hour daily commute) , I'm finally able to put some serious time into my my 1977 31' sovereign! Just before I began that crazy schedule, I had completely gutted the ol girl. Spending an hour here and an hour there through the summer, I managed to pull the shell off, strip it down to the frame and mock up the new frame which is currently sitting un-welded on the old frame for reference.

The last key to this puzzle before I can finally start reassembling everything is new tandem axle plates. Initially I had considered cutting the old ones off. I've decided against that and determined that I need to just get new ones.

Axle plates seem to be the one piece of the puzzle that everyone leaves out when discussing their frame rebuild. I cant seem to find anything on anyone fabricating or purchasing. A little help please?

I ordered mine through Colin Hyde ( he is here on the forums). All I needed to tell him was the year and model. It turned out to be as simple as unbolt the old and bolt on the new.
