Replacing both main and auxiliary pan and support frames as close to service manual as possible unless theres a better idea out there. Grey water tank has crack on bottom. It is out and ready to be fixed. Black tank,no leaks, want to leave it as is but feel it should be removed so no possible damage can be done when welder arrives to inspect bottom side for any added repairs. Being a rear bath, the thetford toilet looks like a bear to remove where it sits. Am I correct, two bolts only hold it in place. Does anyone have some polyethylene and the correct heat gun they would like to loan out or sell. Any suggestions would be appreciated
Just removed the toilet in my 73 27' overlander today. there are 2 1/2 bolts to remove, Push the flush valves down, you will find one behind them. the second is in the rear, i borrowed a mirror from my wifes drawer, and used it to find the second bolt on thr rear of the toilet. after the two bolts were removed, unhooked the water line, and lift up. thats how i did mine, easy. good luck.
