New outriggers?

I have a 68 International 31' stripped on the inside because of a severely rotted floor and rusted frame. I can allready see that I will have to replace a number of the outriggers on the frame. Is there a good source for these frame parts or am I going to have to make them?

Also is it better to lift the shell off from the from the top by using a beam and straps up to a Caterpillar Reachout or from the bottom with jacks?

Also how much will a 31' that is stripped of everinging including the inside skin weigh?

Out of Doors mart has the outriggers. Maybe Inland RV.
It is said that it is easier to lift the shell from the top.

If your fasten some 2 X 4's on to the main bows, you can lift the shell off the floor.

Then have some longer 2 X 4's or 2 X 6's, placing them under the shell and on top of some saw horses.

For a 31 foot trailer, you should use 4 saw horses on each side.

Once the shell is raised high enough, simply pull the chassis out from under the shell.
