Loud "Creak" in Bathroom Floor

We recently noticed a loud "creak" in our bathroom floor. We have a 2011 30' Classic, and the noise only recently developed while the unit was in storage. The area in question lies between the commode and shower and seems to have some "give" when walking over that area.

We have had no leaks or other problems. Rarely use the shower. No leaks from the commode.

Unit has always been properly winterized, and in the Portland area, temps rarely dip below 28-35 in the winter.

Where there's a creak there's warpage, and where there's warpage there might be a leak somewhere.

How significant is this issue and what to do next?

Thanks to all who take the time to assess and respond.....

Blessings....Zigi

Thumbs up

A moisture meter with a remote probe was come in mighty handy for us....

BTW...the AC plug looking thingy is the two pronged probe.

Follow up report:

The loud "creak" in our BR floor area was secondary to a slight warping of the flooring material--not water intrusion. A shim and some "fasteners" into the fame resolved the problem...fortunately under warranty. Service Dept. at Airstream Adventures NW in Portland, Or, was terrific...can't commend them sufficiently.
