weight on the bumper

at first the weight on the bumper was 2 adults about 400 lbs. Then I used my tractor with the bucket and put down pressure on it. You can experiment with the weight and see what it does. Try bags of sand or something equivalent.

Thanks for the update on the bumper weight idea.

I decided to stick with the lifting the body instead, but I reconfigured it using the ladder idea. This puts the force more vertical, which (I think) will have less chance of damaging the window frame. Seemed to work better.
