Is it rear end separation? kinda urgent

Hi folks I have an urgent question about rear-end separation. I need to know how to tell if a trailer I have an offer on has it. It is a 26’ Argosy. Beautiful body looks low mileage and original paint. Seems unlikely but when I do as post say and put weight up and down on bumper I get a little movement of the bumper, not any part of the flooring from the frame, just the bumper. Does it seem to indicate Rear-end separation or am I ok. They are thinking about my offer so as soon as some one can set my straight I would appreciate it. All your good advice has got me this far along. Thanks Tony S

Have a second person look to see if the bumper and skin move together or not when you apply weight to the bumper. Also make certain the leveler jacks are not down as it makes it easier to see if there is a problem. I would not expect it to have separation being a 26' model. Make certain to try to get your feet behind/beside the toilet as that is a typical soft spot.
