Insulation in belly pan

We have a new-to-us 2006 International Ocean Breeze. It's very stinky in there and we have seen evidence of mice.

We took it to a dealer service department about replacing the insulation in the belly pan. They are saying that the smell won't be coming from there. They said that the insulation in the floor is EcoFoil, and the mice won't be nesting/pooping in there.

Is that right? Or what kind of insulation was used in the belly pan this era of Airstream?
