HELP Need Collision Center in Florida or FL Area

My 2020 Airstream was involved in a collision over the weekend. Can someone recommend a good repair shop in or around FL?? Here are some pictures

That is a lot more damage than you might think. The only place I'd take that is to Jackson Center. The side panel alone takes a very skilled and knowledgable repair team to fix properly. Not even talking about the structural damage to the rear and so on.

I'm not from Florida and there may be someone in the area that might take it on and do ok but...

KA RV Repair in DeBary, FL gets good reviews. I've never used them but have heard good things about them.

Here is their website.

Thanks for the reply. Jackson is roughly 1200 miles away. Do you think it would be safe to drive all the way over there??

On the surface, the damage doesn't look like it would keep you from towing the trailer, but it would likely be a while before you could get an appointment in Jackson Center. You could at least check with them on timing and cost.

There will be a back-log in JC, just need to call.

Perhaps one of the Airstream inspectors in your area will take a look at the damage to see if it's towable for that distance.

Welcome Aboard👍

Hope 2021 isn't the collision year, second reply post this week.

I wouldn't go anywhere for the repair other than Jackson Center.
Take a few more pictures send them to JC ask for an insurance estimate, and send it to your insurance company.
Get an appointment and be ready to take a repair vacation.
Done

Safe? Actually the trip may bring to light shiny things that you don't see right now.😲

Do not go to RVOne - worthless, poor customer service, not detail oriented, over priced, unprofessional. (I paid for that experience & lesson, I share that with everyone and you can have it for free)

As someone who was rear ended two days after picking up our 2021 Classic 30 two weeks ago, I can tell you that Colonial Airstream in NJ so far has been excellent, and more helpful than JC. They prepared an estimate from photographs (JC said this wasn't possible) for the insurance company that got approved with the option to supplement the claim upon arrival to Colonial. My scheduled appointment is March 1 and should take two to three weeks, all of which I am fine with, as the trailer is still usable. Hope this helps.

I've seen and heard that Foley RV in Gulfport, MS is a great place for repairs. I know from personal experience about the routine warranty and non-warranty repairs. This may be much closer than going to NJ.

From what you've shared, I can't see any damage to the running gear and would agree, this kind of work can really only be done by a handful of dealers, and done well. I would not hesitate to go to the factory. They even bring in retired folks with vast knowledge on rebuilding them. I have seen them fix far worse and you'd never know the rig was ever in an accident.

North Trail RV in Ft. Myers,Fl. Repaired my Tommy Bahama and did a great job Hope you have insurance. The bill for mine was $14,000. My cost was $500.00
Your damage was similar to mine.I had to have curb side ribs, panels and awning arms replaced. The service advisor name was Frank. They have airstream trained
techs. They are busy so it may take awhile. Good luck!!

I had similar wreck but only from front to rear. Some stupid 18 year old was driving an Excursion and was looking at his phone. Crashed to curbside side... $12,000 repair and I paid $500. Geico Ins was wonderful to me. The repair techs at Airstream of Santa Barbara were great! They fixed a few things I didn't ask for, also and at no extra cost.

JD Sanders is gone, gone, gone — all the brothers wanted to retire so they sold out to a chain called RVONE. All the talent left the same day...

I don’t know if they even repair Airstreams anymore.

Take it to North Trail or Jackson Center. Do not go to RV one inTampa or Alachua, Fl. You will be sorry.

Foley RV Airstream

Try FOLEY RV Airstream in Gulfport MS. We had a huge high dent and they had to replace panels. At the same time they checked for any underlying damage and pressure checked the entire trailer.
They are very customer centered and professional!!

Jackson Center

Trust me I did not listen our first panel. And the dealer caused the dent!
Take it to Jackson Center It’s what insurance is for. Get it done right.

I agree with Hans627, I’d start with KA RV in DeBary, FL. We had work done there and super pleased with communication, pricing and results.

Do not even think about RV-One in Orlando for any service.
