Smile Fiberglassed floor

After stripping out most of the mess pic 1

The floor which I believe is the weakest point in all A/S, needed to be water proofed from leaks from above.

Also the floors need to be strengthened; I removed a rotted section, refastened with self tapping screws here and there.

I used epoxy resin and one layer of 6 Oz fiberglass cloth, just like a boat.

It only added 15 lbs, cost about $140 in materials. No odor or special equipment.

Time 4 hours.

The results are amazing I can walk anyplace and the flex is gone, rock solid.

Next 1/4" Promax insulation R-14 will be laid on top of the floor then, Pergo.

All the old insulation under the floor (the source of many problems) was removed.
