Anyone know where to buy "c" channel by the foot I need a 24 inch section Out of doors mart sells it in 16 foot sections but it doesn't look like they sell anything shorter.

I found that places that make rain gutter will do small amounts for next to nothing.

Depending on the size and material, McMaster Carr has a variety of sections available in 3 foot lengths.

It would be helpful if you'd give us a little more information.

If you're looking for the "Bottom Track" of the Exterior Walls, I would just find a Sheet Metal Shop, HVAC Shop or Machine Shop and have them "break" it for you. Do you posses some Aluminum Sheet?
