Big problem!

Hi, I recently started shell off my '59 overlander, the subfloor was so rotten , I wasnt able to keep any front or rear floor piece to make some templates. Is there somewhere I can buy templates or somebody here who can mail me this?

Had the same problem on my 1955, shell off. I used the shell itself, took multiple tries but it worked, just take your time.
Google "tick sticking Airstream".....

Visit any floor covering store and ask for a template kit. It provides an easy way to match an opening using a rolling disc and a marker.

That will give you the inside contours and you can add material for the fit into the C channel.
