Bedroom floor reno

I have a 2003 30ft classic and tore the carpet out of the bedroom along with the furniture. I bought some vinyl plank flooring w underlayment for extra cushion but havent put it down yet. I am in the process of building a twin bed frame (from 2x3) on the left side of the room and a luggage area under the back window with a desk on top. I am a little concerned about weight. Feel a little overwhelmed with no one to talk to. Hope to build a closet/rv washing machine area on the right wall of room also to balance out. Not sure what to do with the vpf. Do I put it down first and build on top? If not, what should i put on top of subfloor under the furniture? Wise words would be a big help!
