Beauflor White Oil Ash Vinyl Flooring Source

I just repaired some damaged subfloor in my 2012 Flying Cloud. Unfortunately, the vinyl flooring above the damaged wood was stained and needs to be replaced. Problem: Airstream discontinued this flooring. Any ideas where I can get my hands on about an 8’x10’ piece? The flooring is by Beauflor and the style is White Oiled Ash.

Look for it at any flooring and carpet store or from a builders supply store that sells to contractors more than to the general public.

Airstream ASSEMBLES trailers using some RV components like Dometic refrigerators, and many ordinary household components, like vinyl flooring. Buy from Airstream when you want to pay 3 times what it will cost at a retail store.

If the flooring pattern is a special order, you may need to shop around or order more than you really need. Scrounge the odds and ends bins too.... and don't forget Habitats for Humanity Re-stores.

Thanks, Paula. Apparently this specific flooring was discontinued by Beauflor, so I may just patch back with something complimentary for the time being. I will do as you suggest. Again, thanks for your response!

Do let your fingers do the walking...golly that's an old one.

Call Bafour or a big area wholesaler looking for leftovers. 20 min. Of research is all you've got to lose.

Someone may have some in stock within a 50 mile radius. And Habitat lives on leftover stuff donated by contractors and homeowners.

Good luck finding it or something you like better for half the price.

So, I ended up using some leftover commercial carpet tile from my office. I used some double sided carpet tape to adhere it in a non permanent fashion to the newly replaced subfloor. Thought it workout pretty good! At least it buys me time until this fall if I want to do a more extensive flooring replacement.Click image for larger version
