Another 76 Sovereign rear bath frame issue

Need some references for possible welders in HOUSTON, TX. I drove my 76 on dead axles and have beat it badly. Drooping rear end; frame cracks; interior damage. I had studied all of the great threads of fixing the drooping rear end and on-shell frame repairs. I pulled off all the under carriage and the frame and cross braces are in amazingly good shape. However the axles mounts are bent and the frame is cracked in the middle of the axle mounts. My approach at this time is to have a welder heat straighten the frame area, remove the old axle plates, weld a 2" x 3" 1/4" steel tubing to the underside of the original C frame, and weld new axle plates to the reinforced frame.
Attached are some pictures of the frame and axles plates port and starboard. I could use any recommendations for a welder. p.s. I am doing this in my driveway Thanks

Being out in Tomball, you should be able to find a farm gate builder/welder. Some of the commercial steel erectors have certified welders that freelance. Should be able to find someone around there. On our 55 frame, I did some of the non-structural stuff. But when it came to the structural I pulled it to a certified welder. Good luck
