Adding Curved underbelly storage

Has anyone added storage compartments like the standard Classic underbelly compartments?

I have the attached line drawing and it appears there are 2 or three spaces between outriggers which are dimensionally the same as the existing curbside compartment.

I haven't done it, but would absolutely love the ability to store the coleman grill or other things underneath the camper like that.

Don't think they're big enough enough for any grill I've seen, but they are great for "dirty" storage.....and that's what I always seem short of.

Check out tinman54 's thread about his 54 cruiser. He put in storage compartments in the space between outriggers. They came out real nice

I found it. I would think it'd be even simpler with my classic, as there would off the shelf parts to work with for the doors, and the white steel compartments themselves.
The only questions I have, before cutting, is which areas are void of any hidden "stuff" before cutting.

I know the streetside is off limits, as there is large conduit running the full length, forward of the wheels.

Curbside, there are some gas lines for the furnace and stove which disappear through the belly pan and may interfere. I think there may only be one area forward of the axles and one rearward which are "free".

Anyone had a 30' Classic with the belly off?
