Actual Floor width '63 OL

I'm doing a shell off restoration of a 63 Overlander Double Bed floor plan.

When I took the shell off I made a template of the front and rear floor curves and measured across near the wheel wells to be 89". All of this was done with the u channel and belly pan wrap still on. My floor was trashed out with water and termite damage so bad that you fall trough if you don't step where the stringers were.

All that being said I am nearing the part of put subfloor on the frame and I'm noticing that from outrigger to outrigger its 87.25". That would have the floor hanging 7/8" over on either side unless part of that is from the belly skin or swelling of the waterlogged floor.

Anything helps. Thanks in advance.

my '60 was 88" wide at the plywood subfloor, which "overhung" the outriggers by a variety of distances but something between an 1/8" and 1/4" (depending on the individual outrigger length - and it was an Ohio Built trailer (might make a difference)

our 62 tradewind was 88 1/2, and as mentioned by others overhung the outriggers by a lot in places, in fact some of the c channel bolts had less than an 1/8" of metal past the bolt holes in the outriggers.
