3 layers flooring concept & replacement

Well we used this when doing the side walls of another RV and it worked great!
Loctite PL 300 VOC Foamboard Adhesive from Loctite Adhesives
The concern is that if we "seal" or waterprof the plywoods how will be possible to glue the rigid insulation to it?
