1973 land yacht

Loaded question! I found a 1973 land yacht in fair condition, what is a reasonable price to pay? Everything works and has some wear.

Knock off $ 1500.00 if the axles are original.

Torsion axles last about 25 years, and then the rubber rods are done.

Unfortunately, all you can do is replace the axles, as no one replaces the rubber rods.

Then after the 25 years, if the trailer will be used on the highway, the axles must be replaced.

When they are replaced with the proper updates, the trailer will be about 3 inches higher.
