What am I buying

I am looking to buy this Airstreamer, but how do you know what year it is.
S-o19410184. Globbtrotter. And it also has a plate that has.... MHMA TCA travel trailer american standard A119.2. 200946.
Any help would be great. It has been sitting for the past 17 years I think.

Welcome to the community. We are going to need the serial number stamped on the plate just outside the door as well as PICTURES!

Based on the VIN number posted (S-o19410184), it's a 1964 Ohip built GlobeTrotter. Check out the photo archives to see pics of others - should look familiar ~

We LOVE ours...but it's going to a new home in a couple of days - bittersweet! I sure hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as we have the past 9 years!

Lots of parts can be acquuired from Vintage Trailer Supply...although I don't think entry door hinges are going to be that easy. You will need to find a donor trailer for those, they are to the best of my knowledge not reproduced. Not something people usually have "spares" of. Keep an eye out on eBay...
