The trailer was perfectly level after that. If you have a video camera, it might be worth having one person designated the cameraman. My wife took copious notes, but having a video to refer back to would have been a help.

Also, make a "punch list" of defects. The trailer is not going to be perfect. They aren't going to fix everything before you take the trailer, but you want to have it documented. You'll find more things after you've taken delivery, but hopefully minor in nature. The dealer will fix it all over time- just schedule maintenance appointments at convenient times. We have found that dropping ours at the dealer when we come back into town from trips works well.
i think you got a lot of good advise, now to reciprocate can you tell a wannabe about your buying experience ?

Great Experience

We had a great experience picking up our AS Classic 30. Spent about 5 hours walking through and trying things. All the advice paid off well. Found a few scratches on counter tops (dealer will replace). Electric jack was not working, dealer replaced on the spot. Took it to storage for a few days to spend time with it. Just got back from our first 3 night trip. Awesome! A few things to get adjusted at dealer and a few lessons learned.
Let me know if you have specific questions.
Thanks to all for the great advice, tips, lists etc.
More to come as we travel more.

Smile

Wgsouth,
One word of caution. People will be looking at you funny. Don't let it bother you. Yes, part of it is you are in a brand new beauty. But, the caution is that ear to ear big SMILE on your face that won't wipe off. Some folks may think you are making fun of them.

ENjoy.
