Any Airstream that has had a leak (shell and/or plumbing) that was not quickly identified and fixed is a candidate for floor rot. This is independent of any particular year or model. Leak inspection and repair is a continuous preventative maintenance activity with all RVs.
Your concern has been 100% eliminated with the current generation of Airstream. Some 2020 and all 2021 trailers (excluding Nest and BaseCamp) have single-piece composite flooring. Floor rot is a non-factor on these models.
