Not much direct experience for us... we did stop in to see them when we were looking for a used Interstate. Their price was okay but we ultimately found a van with the preferred floorplan from a private seller.

We know at least a half-dozen people who have purchased new trailers form Haydocy. Some of them are repeat buyers. Maybe one of them will reply to your thread. I presume Haydocy wouldn't have repeat buyers if they weren't doing something right.

We bought our first Airstream from Haydocey with no complaints. The price that was offered right out of the gate was better than mine!

I don't know what their service is like as Airstream is within an hour of the store and we've always taken it to JC. I would feel safe buying from them again.

Bought our AS from Hadocy Eric is a great guy, as for service that’s a no go we transferred to a dealer in Grand Rapids which is great!

Purchased our AS from Haydocy - very comfortable and fair sales process. Great communication as well. Can't speak to their service as never have used.

We also bought from Eric at Haydocy. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave us a really good deal. As Turk123 points out JC is just over an hour away so we haven’t tried Haydocy service but chose to make the trip to JC instead.

Just traded in our 23 ft International for a 27 ft Flying Cloud twin this past September at Haydocy. Easy transaction, easy to deal with, knowledgeable with lots of new and pre-owned models on the lot. Recommend! Had the 23 ft in for service once and it was fine (although the light over the trailer door was still intermittent after service)
