Confused ...

I posted an ad, it was easy.

When someone expresses interest by filling out the form, I get an email notification.

When the ad expires, I get an email notification.

When I log in and manage my ad, the only additional information I see is the total number of views for my ad.

If my item didn't sell before the ad expired, I can relist it.

Where are these messages?

Thank you, Terry, for your help. Did as you suggested but they still get rotated when I add the new image back. If today's buyer appointment doesn't sell it, I'll dig deeper into other options.

Edit the Title - put SOLD as the first word in the title of the listing. That’s what we did last year. We left that “SOLD” description up for 4 to 5 days then removed our listing.

Sure are a lot for sale these day's...I get at least half dozen emails a day from the Classifieds.

There are 5 links in the right-hand column under the heading "See something wrong?" The middle one is "Mark Sold" and will place the "Sold" flag on your listing and prevent people from messaging you via the ad.

It's much easier to simply click the "Mark Sold" link provided in the user interface.
