Buying Used Flying Cloud 2020 25FB
Hi
Does anyone have any experience with A to Z Motors in Knightdale NC?
My husband and I are interested in an Airstream there. We are in Florida. They want a 10% down payment wired. I’m a bit hesitant
Any advice?

Without physically being present to check condition of anything with wheels, I personally wouldn't put down any deposit.

They seem to do a lot of business with Ads here. I have driven by but never stopped in. It is a seller's market and I suspect they are not keeping inventory very long.

Is the deposit refundable if you do not purchase the Airstream?
We have bought 2 Airstreams from dealers that we provided a CREDIT CARD charge of $500 FOR THE DEPOSIT WHICH WAS REFUNDABLE IF WE DID NOT BUT THE AIRSTREAM. RV One Tampa and Airstreams of South Carolina.

They’re located in the 9000 block of Poole Road; I have to go to the 5000 block of Poole Road tomorrow for a part for my truck. I’ll stop by and see if it’s for real.

Hello!
We recently purchased our 2015 FB Flying Cloud from A to Z in Knightdale after a six month search. We had an excellent experience working with Tony. We are in California and could not go to see the AS in NC, so Tony did a live video walk through with us. He answered all our questions and even made sure to point out the few minor cosmetic issues. Once we decided to purchase the trailer, we did a wire transfer of funds, which included the fee to have the trailer towed to the A to Z location in Winters, CA. Tony took care of the towing arrangements for us. Once the trailer arrived in CA, we made arrangements to pick it up at A to Z. On this end, Vince handled the paperwork and did a complete walk through with us. After we did our initial outing, we found out that the electric jack might have been failing and A to Z made good on it and sent a new one which we then installed. On both sides of the country, A to Z was professional, pleasant, and true to their word. We were totally happy with both the customer service and with our new (to us) AS. Hope that helps!

Oh my goodness, Airstreamers are the best! Thank you for the great information really big help. Bob and I decided to pass on the sale for now. We are going to stop there and get to know this dealer on the way home to PA first. It's good to know the business is legit.
