Any recommendations on this trailer?

I've never owned ANY kind of trailers before but am captivated by the Airstream aesthetic. I found this trailer on Craigslist and am trying to learn what I should be looking for.
Seller says it's a 1972 International 28' trailer, but I'm having trouble figuring out the model; I am debating driving 2.5 hours to check it out, according to the seller the appliances all work and the water system and windows are tight, no leaks, and no rot in the floor. The video shows some staining on the plywood floor but I'm not sure what else to look for / ask about before making the trek. Any help is appreciated!
