Advice buying 2002 Classic M30

I am looking at purchasing a 2002 Classic M30 (slide out). It is 1800 miles away from my home so would need to travel to look it over. Any advice on what I should look for? Axle, bearings, floor damage? It does have a new floor which I hope is not due to damage underneath. The NADA Blue Book is a lot less than the asking price, and the only addition listed is a Hensley hitch a 2 Zip Dee chairs. It does look to be in well kept condition. We are newbies to Airstream, we just bought the Nest (and love it!) but would like a larger trailer in addition for retirement in 2 years. Thanks!
