Is this dealer a good one to work with? www.carolinarv.com and what do you think of the price of this unite at $44k? Should I be concerned that it hasn't been sold yet being "new" at 2 yrs old? Obviously I will go look at it first, but just curious for the forum's input?

Thanks for any help.

John,
I recently (~1 month ago) bought my 2008 Safari SE 25FB from Carolina RV. I have never bought anything in my life at a dealer and didn't know what to expece. I worked with Earl. I was very pleased with the level of service I recieved. For what its worth, I paid $43,197 out the door, but being military and out of state, I didn't have to pay any sales tax, so that was a bonus. The $43,197 included their $500 prep fee (they did a great job on the prep, in my opinion) and a $20 temp tag fee. Laura will handle all your paperwork, payment, etc and she was great as well. Try to get Steve as your guy to walk you through the unit, if you buy it. Just don't let him show you how to calibrate the tank sensors. He showed me, but then I don't think he realized that you HAVE to calibrate them if you put it in calibrate mode. I didn't notice till I got home then had to calibrate them myself--not hard but a bit of a pain in the neck.
Anyway, I looked at the 23' you're looking at and seriously considered it as I really liked the floorplan and bathroom location. I ended up with the 25' because I intend to fulltime and wanted a little more space. Good luck
