Vin Number

Good evening All;
I just picked up an Airstream Land Yacht Sovereign trailer today. It needs lots of work of course so I'm just trying to start by identifying the year and checking with DMV for any title issues. The tag by the door has the following info;
K106 FH
131D9-S5353905
All the sites I have looked at say it should only have 17 digits. This is the tag by the door.

Your Serial Number/VIN decodes as Follows:

I = International Trim Level
31 = Length (31-Feet) Sovereign
D = Double Bed with Rear Bathroom
9 = 1969 Model Year
S = Cerritos, California Manufacture Plant
359505 = Sequential Production Number

thanks for the response, its going to be a fun winter project.
Going to have to replace the subfloor. I'll be asking lots of questions and watching lots of videos for help and insights along the way.
