Should be on a plaque by the door on the right side as you enter the Airstream.

Thanks, there are a couple of numbers on plates. We gather it is the one on the largest plate with Jackson center Ohio. I262T994 correct? It was sold to us as a 61, bill of sale only, but now looking at the vin # could it be a 62? the seller wasn,t for sure but he "THOUGHT" it was 61.

Trailers are dated sort of like cars.

If they are produced from June or July, or sort of, lets say 2009, then they would be called a 2010.

You have a 26 foot International 1962 twin bed, made in Ohio.

If you take a look here 62Overlander It does look like a 62 Overlander rear bath twin. What do you think?

Photos will help ID the Airstream too.

Looks like you'll also need to update your profile showing a '62 instead of a '61. Glad the serial number's all figured out, now onto the restoration.

Gonna do that right now. As far as restoration, we just priced wood for new floor and son is picking up TSP to get the inside cleaned before we take the floor out. So excited! Susan.

If you go up towards the top of the page, you'll see a blue bar. In this, you'll see 'Registry' with a down arrow. You can start by putting them in there as this will be your own registry page. Also add a little bit about your trailer which you can update as you progress with your restoration. PM if you need assistance.

As an example, click on the blue Airstream Registry under my avatar, then click on the picture to see what I put up. This is only an example and not meant to be the only way to do it.

You can post them in the Photo gallery.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Take a wander through our photo gallery - we have the worlds largest collection of Airstream photos! Members may set up their own photo gallery or post pictures to existing sections of the gallery.

To set up a gallery:

Click the photos tab
> My stuff
> category admin
> add category

Fill out requested info and under parent category select members photos.

Uncheck the box that allows others to post to your gallery.

Then submit by hitting add category.

You now have an open category for your pictures. Use the upload link to add photos. Be careful to add them to your category and not some one else's.

This personal gallery is the one that is linked to in the drop down menu under your user name in the avatar block beside every post.
