L911 3 Rivet Member 1971 18' Caravel Cookeville , Tennessee Join Date: May 2012 Posts: 107 Images: 12	Registration/License Plates Link I dont know if this will help anyone or not (& Im certainly not providing legal advice) but you can register & get license plates through the state of Maine if you have a notorized bill of sale & pay Maine excise tax. I just used one of the Maine companies & got my registration & plates. This is common practice with truck drivers, trucking companies & snow birds. Maine does not require inspections. Staab Agency
