No ID tag on my 1954 26' Cruiser Californian Whale Tail, is there a way to get the SN

So I bought this airstream, and by looking at old pictures and brochures I'm able to confirm it's a 1954 26' Cruiser Californian Whale Tail.

My only problem is there's no ID tag next to the door like there should be.

I took a wire wheel and cleaned off the tongue and was able to find some numbers. I found 199 stamped on the frame and then the patent numbers on the front part. I've included pictures of everything.

I have heard that this model and year were only made for a short time and that only 100 were made with the SN starting at 64XX, but haven't found much to confirm that.

My question, which I'm sure has been answered somewhere, is there a way for me to identity what the serial number is using the numbers I've found?

The numbers you found on the coupler are not Airstream. They are the coupler manufactures.

I should have described that better, I included those incase they would some how have helped in identifying anymore information on the trailer

I know with most anything you buy now all the numbers for everything are documented some how somewhere, just didn't know if that was the case for airstream
