How to find and decipher the vin/age

We are looking at an airstream. We don't know the age, size or how to determine the vin number. Can you please help?

It had on the blue plate: 19T-S2320 6306 and on the window it had HEHR L1299 01187.

Also, how to you determine the value?

Welcome to the Forum.
The 19TS portion of the VIN could make this a ’61 to '64 California built Globetrotter.
Check the Vintage Airstream Photo Archive to check if the trailer looks similar.

Value is a very subjective issue, however the smaller trailers have become very desirable even in rough shape.

I'm thinking its a california 63 globetrotter. But check out the archives noted above. Value depends on condition and photos would be very helpful with that.

You have a 1963 19 foot Airstream, made in California in June of 1963.

The value can only be determined by it's overall condition, including any and all upgrades.

If the trailer is original, then it's not worth much, since all the appliances as well as the axle would have to go.

Then, it's dual lighting system, went out of style in 1965.

Damages, rotten floors, gaskets, all should be looked at as well, which if original, further devalue the trailer.
