Confusing information on vin plate

The plate on the lower road side of my AS says it was manufactured in 8 73. The serial number is I27D4 J1501. So is it a 73 or 74? It is a rear bath with a double bed gaucho in the middle. Also confusing is that there is a large plaque on the side that says International. But also, just to the right of the door is a smaller long plaque with three parts, the left says Airstream with Jackson Center in small letters and Cerritos Ca below in small letter, the small middle portion says Land Yacht, and the right portion says Overlander in script. Did they even make Overlanders in 73? In looking at the chart pre1980vin.pdf from the first thread there did not seem to be an initial O used by Airstream. When I bought it the previous registration said 73 and the guy said it was an Overlander. I have it registered as a 73. The registration is not that much of a concern, at least for now. However, on rare occasions there may be a part that is different between a 73 and a 74. So any way to tell exactly what I have?

It's a 1974 International (trim level) Overlander 27' Double bed built in Jackson Center Ohio.

This should be no more confusing than purchasing a 1974 Chevrolet Caprice Estate Wagon built in August of 1973.
It says right on it what it is, which is an Airstream (make) Overlander (model) International(trim level) built in 1973 as a 1974 model.
The serial number also shows you have a center double layout built in Ohio.
