Airstream title

Hello:
I am a Spanish living in Spain, and I am trying to buy an Airstream 24´-25´long and from the
60´-70´s .
My problem is that the registation office in Spain for cars and caravans ask for the tittle, to know if the caravan can be register or not (due the different traffic legislation).
My problem is that I don´t want to go to USA to buy one Aistream without the knowledge if the registation office will register the caravan or not.
At the moment, unfortunally I am not rich.and I can not throw my money this way.
I am trying to find an example of a title (the registation office need all the meassures, weigth.....
I only need an example of a title (even if is avoid)
The identification number of the caravan is not problem becouse I can show the example wich appairs at the airstream inc webpage.
I dont want to know any informtion about the owner.
If someone can help he, will be very nice , or where to ask..I had tryed everything.
Is the last steep for me to buy one.
