Good Insurance story!

I backed into an overhead beam and dented the three rear panels on my '06 Safari 25 FB/LE. Called my agent who had me call the claims department in Dallas. I left the AS at Intermountain Coach in Colorado Springs. An adjuster drove down from Denver and OK'd the estimate. Insurance company cut a check the following week!

Company is Encompass (owned by Allstate) and writes an all inclusive policy on a yearly basis. Right now, we have two houses, out buildings, four cars, two RV's and excess liability on the same policy.

Good news!

So is Intermountain going to do the repair? I've seen some of their shell work, they do a good job. Or are you going to Jackson Center or are you gonna "live with it"? Inquiring minds want to know ~

Here are the before and after photos. The graphics were added to cover a small scratch on the clearcoat. I'm very pleased with the job. I also have problems with people who file insurance claims and then put the money in their pocket rather than paying to have the work done.

That looks great! Did Intermountain pull the dent or replace the panels?? If the pulled then they are indeed masters. If they replaced the panels why the scratch in the clear coat?

According to the tech, he was using an awl to line up the last three holes on the new panels and the awl slipped, putting a small scratch on the clear coat. Intermountain replaced the center, right and left rear panels. Great people to work with.
