Owner financing? Or take over payments?

Hi, anyone know of a dealer or individual that does "owner financing" for late model Airstreams? Let's just say my credit has been hammered in the last six months; I can make/afford payments but don't want to pay super-high interest rates from a bank or finance company. Or, I can take over payments with some $$$ down.

in the auto business you are referring to bhph or buy here pay here.supply side economics tells me that the supply of what you are looking for will not lend itself to this type of financing.buying luxury items right now calls for unblemished credit.repos in the rv business during the reccession were at all time highs,but with airstream you are dealing with a buyer with a larger downstroke,hence with more skin in the game there were fewer repos.the ones that were out there were gobbled up by dealers to be retailed.this info came from the ad that i deal with.
