Given that we don't know for sure how long it will take for probate, I will have to say no at this time. We have to have a formal appraisal for another item and that is going to take some time. I will reach out when probate is over but we will understand if you are not able to purchase it at that time. And I do not live in the area where the trailer is located anymore so I don't know about being able to dump items at this time.

We have the title, that's not a problem. It's just finishing probate. Everything is moving, it just takes time.

If the "big deal" is that having it there on the property bothers folks, maybe moving it to a storage location would be possible. Again it's a "check with the lawyers" sort of thing.

Check with the attys. In Alabama vehicles, personal property, and real estate can all be sold before the estate is closed and the money is held in an estate account until the probate judge closes the estate and distributes the money.

The body looks to be VERY straight on that trailer. If you spent a weekend cleaning out the trailer and removing lighting, shelving, etc that was not original, while giving the interior and exterior a quick wash, you would seriously increase the appeal of this trailer. Spend a day or so cleaning, take some pics, and list in for $5k on marketplace or craigslist. I think you would be happy at the result of a little bit of effort..........

It would be really helpful to any potential buyer if you knew the condition of the plywood subfloor and frame.

I’d give you $5,000 if they were serviceable.

If you are getting offers without even being sure of what to do, don't take them. If you decide to go forward (it has been a while .... well?), list it for the maximum and leave room to negotiate. People want this thing.
