Where to sell?
Hi all.
Sadly, my wife and I need to sell our Airstream.
I have posted it for sale on Airstream.com classifieds, here on the A/S Forums classifieds, and Craigslist classifieds. Have any of you had more success selling your A/S on any other venues? Any tips or other recommendations? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
p.s. we asked the dealer where we purchased the A/S if they would buy it back, but they are low balling us and we believe we can do better selling it ourselves.

Try your local Shopper, Pennysaveer, Thrifty Nickel, or whatever it may be named. These are either free, or really inexpensive the place an ad in.
Good luck with selling your coach.

Too, too bad!
I'll say I enjoyed the photos from your Airstream tripping. Looks like this is only one small part of your adventures! You'll be welcomed back .... and we all know you'll not be taken by the Dark Side (a.k.a., SOBs).

Sarmimi, I knew this was coming since our hike. Sorry to see it happen, but I at least know why! I also found my Airstream on RV Trader.

Sarmimi,
We sold our 2004 22' CCD on Airstream.com classifieds. I had lots of inquires, and had a potential buyer who was going to get back to me after they got financing, but had another offer to purchase before the first buyer could respond. I posted lots of pics and included the entire sales invoice description of what it had as standard and optional equipment. The better you can describe it, the more responses you'll have to your ad. I sold to a couple from Petaluma, CA and they drove up to make the deal and drove it home. I even helped them install their equalizer hitch as part of the deal. I told them to stop by Sutton RV to have them take a look to see if it was correctly installed......and it was!
Good luck!
