I'm considering selling my 2011 27FB and I'm looking for some advice on whether I should repair damaged clearcoat or sell as-is.
As it stands, there's an area about the size of a football that's began peeling after a bird bombed it. I had a shop spray clearcoat over top and they did a not so good job--that's on me.
How much do you think this would likely impact resale value? I'm in the process of getting a quote to replace the sheet, but I'm not sure if it's worth going through with (assuming $8k plus). Sorry for the sideways pics.
