Before trying to attach a value, I would suggest getting confirmation of the actual model year. The type of upper cabinets, the color of the stain on the cabinets, and the type of windows next to the door all tell me that this trailer is more likely to be at least a
1965 or possibly a
1966 to
1968. A
1964 Ambassador would have jalousie windows next to the entry door, and in all probability would have golden oak woodwork. Rather than the separate range and oven, it would more likely have a four burner range/oven combination. While it is possible for there to be mistakes on titles, if you are in a strict title state, and there are any discrepancies between the trailer ant the title that the owner has, your issues with registering the trailer could be significant. I know in Illinois, I had an issue because someone in Missouri had changed a letter I to a number 1 and I had to go through a process when I transferred that trailer's title to my name because of that discrepancy.
Provided the trailer is in sound condition both interior and exterior, with a title that matches its serial number, I would suspect that it would be valued at between $8,000 and $12,000 depending upon the ages of expensive replacement items such as axles (if more than 15 years old), water heater (if original or more than 15 years old), furnace (if original International Oil Burner Corporation model), Dometic 2-Way Refrigerator (if original or more than 15 years old) -- each of these items can cost upwards of $1,000 or more, particularly if you must have them changed out by a shop. The water tank is mounted above floor under one of the center beds if a twin model or under the pull-out bed if a double bed model -- as a basic rectangular tank, it is basic, and quite reasonably priced as a generic -- I believe that mine was sourced through Inca Plastics (this was for
1964 Overlander -- I am not absolutely certain whether the same would apply to the post
1964 models as I am fairly certain that the trailer in question must have been produced post 1964).
Good luck with your investigation!

Good luck with your investigation!
A 1964 Ambassador is going to look very similar to my 1964 Overlander Land Yacht International -- Note that next to the door it has two stacked jalousie windows -- the Ambassador as well as all longer Airstreams from 1964 shared this feature. Also, the 1964 Ambassador would have a Door-Within-A-Door while the later models would have a separate screen door with a solid entry door. The Ambassador would be about 2-feet longer than my trailer.
